Thank you for visiting our website (“Site”).  Imbibe Health LLC (“IH” or the “Company”) is committed to treating the personal and corporate information of our Site users, customers, and vendors with respect and sensitivity. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The data that we collect from you is stored on our servers or on servers provided by cloud service providers, such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.  If you are a resident of the EEA, your Personal Information may be transferred within or outside the EEA to areas where privacy laws may be less strict than in the EEA (for such transfers of your Personal Information to our systems in the United States, we comply with the US-EU Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth herein).  By submitting your Personal Information, you agree to this transfer, storing, and  processing.  We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.  Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

The Company reserves the right to charge a fee in dealing with such a request as permitted by applicable law and regulations.  You may also opt out of receiving additional marketing information by using the unsubscribe feature in any marketing email we send you.

As we continue to evolve our Web site and incorporate new technologies to improve communication, our policies may change. What information do we collect?
Currently, Imbibehealth.com gathers information (such as name, e-mail address and zip code) strictly for contact purposes when users opt to fill out an e-mail submission form to inquire about our company and about membership. In some cases we ask for other optional information including additional contact information and certain demographic information (such as phone number).

 

How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do we use your information?
We may use your information to communicate special offers, promotions and information about our company to you via email. If you do not wish to receive these emails you will have the option to opt out of future mailings (see the section below). We may also use your information to compile usage statistics and other data regarding the use of the Web site services.

We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties. We may, however, share with partners aggregated statistical data that includes users' demographic information but does not identify them. We reserve the right to provide any and all such aggregated and non-individually identifiable data to third parties.

How do we use your email information?
At Imbibe Health we respect your concerns about privacy. We collect email information to provide a more personalized and relevant experience. If you give us your email address when you inquire about natural health information programs, personal health coach, we will send you emails about exclusive offers, news at Imbibe Health and new programs offered. If you have previously opted out of receiving emails from us, providing updated information will act as an 'opt back-in'.

If you want to opt-out of receiving promotional emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link located on the bottom of all of our emails. Although we strive to update our email list as frequently as possible, you might receive another contact before we are able to remove you.

Imbibe Health never sells or rents your name, e-mail address, or any other personally identifiable information to third-parties.
